We came here one chilly January night when the cravings for sushi reached a peak. The place was packed and we ended up waiting for about thirty minutes for a table. Totally worth the wait - service was super fast, food was DELICIOUS, lights were dim and music had a nice beat. We ordered miso soup, seaweed salad, purple fries, sashimi platter, and the fried Fire Island. Miso soup was perfect amount of salty, honestly some of the best miso soup I've ever had. Seaweed salad was fresh, purple fries were not impressive but tasty. The sashimi felt like it was caught five minutes ago, played beautifully, and tasted incredible. The Fire Island roll also hit the spot with that sauce and the softness of the salmon inside. Overall great experience and I'm taking my friends and family here next time anyone visits!

The happy hour here is a 10/10. My friend and I got 10 things consisting of five 6 piece sushi rolls, hot sake, shumai, mini eel don, purple fries and 6 piece gyoza - each item was only $6. The sushi rolls were fresh and had a good amount of fish, the hot items came out crispy and the service was great! All the food arrived quickly even though the restaurant was packed. Also, I felt a little sick/fajnt and the waitstaff were kind enough to let me sit and sip water while I recovered even though they had a couple guests waiting at the door.

Amazing happy hour. They had a large variety of appetizers, rolls, small bowls, and drinks for $6 a piece. We've come multiple times to try a bunch of items on their menu. The sushi is definitely the best deal and has the tastiest items. Their salmon avocado roll was our favorite. We tried the jalapeño chicken wings which I strongly recommend against, it was very fatty with little meat on it, and didn't have much flavor. If you stick to the sushi you'll have a great time here. The service is also very friendly

I saw this place on TikTok and their happy hour is one of the best in the city! It's from 4-7pm and a variety of sushi is on the happy hour menu for $6. I wouldn't come here for their drink selection as there is not a lot of variety. It's first come first serve, but if you come before 6pm you will get seated pretty quickly as long as your entire party is there. The rolls come with 6 pieces and the sashimi is 4 pieces. I definitely will be coming again for their happy hour hour menu!

Always yummy! This is one of our go to spots. the happy hour is a good deal. I love the ratio of fish to fish.

Absolutely loved the first time there. Very modern look to a Japanese restaurant with cool decors and dim lights. The wait took 20 min with no reservation on Thursday night. Staff was friendly. The menu with its pricing is pretty standard for a sushi restaurant in Manhattan in my opinion. Decided to go for the sushi platter for 2 and had no regrets with that decision! For the value, you get so much more in this platter and it's right up my alley with all the nigiri's. There was tuna, white tuna, dragon roll, chefs choice which looks to be toro, and just so much more. We took our time choosing which one to eat next since there was so much variety. I've actually never had white tuna this good before as well. At the end of our meal, we both were satisfied as well in terms of our hunger level, so it was a good amount of food. We did do take out of the same menu item which we found the fish to be not as magical and the soy sauce to be too over powering. Will try again to see if we were just lucky the first time but there takeout was still decent.

I came here with a friend on a Thursday night at around 8 pm. She recently moved to the city, and we were looking for a go-to sushi spot near her apartment so we came here. It looked pretty busy since it was right after happy hour but we were able to get seated right away! I was blown away by the interior. The place is very beautifully decorated with moody lights. The seating was very cozy and intimate. My friend and I were seated across from each other at a long table shared with maybe 2 to 3 other pairs, but we didn't feel squished or overly close with the other groups. I ordered the Salmon Avocado, Alaska, and Spicy Tuna rolls along with two Salmon nigiri. All the rolls were incredibly delicious and the fish felt very fresh! Service was super fast too, and our waitress was super kind and attentive! Since my friend has a gluten allergy, our waitress made a note to the kitchen for her order and brought over gluten-free soy sauce. In our search for a go-to sushi spot in LES, this one hits the mark and we'll be back! I highly recommend it for date nights or general sushi cravings since the price on its own was very fair even outside of happy hour.

My friend and family came to this Japanese restaurant during the late evening. We were surprised at how fast they seated the 5 of us despite it being so busy. This place isn't the biggest but they do have a lot of seating indoor and outdoor. Except the tables were a bit small and tight against each other. If you have a big party it might be a bit uncomfortable. The servers were nice and checked up on us a few times. We ordered a bunch of rolls and my sisters shared a sushi & sashimi x two. The rolls were very fresh and delicious. I regretted not ordering the sushi & sashimi x two. My sisters really enjoyed their dish and it did look amazing. Next time I come back I'm definitely ordering that.

They can get so packed, but the food comes out super fast so the wait isn't too long. On a Sunday evening, the wait was under 10 minutes. They have creative rolls, some are wrapped in soy paper. We absolutely loved the yam fries, which comes served with mayo and honey (together). The fish is fresh! It's a tad out of my price range to come regularly (the happy year roll, with 6 pieces, was $18) but it's definitely a new favorite in the area.

Food (5/5): Got various rolls like spicy salmon, tuna, salmon avocado, shrimp tempura and others. My friends got the sushi x Sashimi for two. That combo looked amazing. Overall the rolls were all delicious! Service (4/5): Solid service where they seated us fast and got food out fast too. They were helpful when asked. Ambiance (4/5): Nice indoor and outdoor ambiance with decent amount of space for seating. The place is a bit dimly lit but the lamp lights were adjustable.
